Junior Coaching
Commitment
One practice a week for 13-14 weeks. 12 games over the season on Saturday morning.
The Season
Starts early May and finishes mid August. No play Matariki weekend, Kings Birthday or through the school holidays.
Benefits
(1) being idolised by a group of kids and their parents;(2) payment either in vouchers or in subs offset if you are a player.
Skills
Players will not need an experienced or high performance coach - they need someone to teach them skills and encourage their collective development.
